Internstellar does not act as an employer, recruitment agency, or legal representative of either party.

Eligibility

• Students must be at least 18 years old.
• Companies must be legally registered entities or authorized representatives.
• Users must provide accurate and truthful information.

User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activity under their account.

Platform Role & Disclaimer

Internstellar acts as a facilitator between students and companies. We do not guarantee employment, hiring outcomes, or specific task results.

Payments

If payments are processed through the Platform, fees or commissions will be clearly communicated. Users are responsible for applicable taxes.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, work delivered by students belongs to the company upon full completion and agreed compensation. Internstellar retains ownership of the Platform, branding, and technology.

Acceptable Use

• No attempts to exploit or copy the Platform

Confidentiality

Users agree to protect confidential information shared during collaborations.

Limitation of Liability

Internstellar is not liable for indirect damages, disputes between users, or task performance quality.

Termination
